Pulled Pork Sliders

Pulled pork sandwiches are son, CJ's favorite sandwich of all time! I can't say I blame him either. This pulled pork recipe is tender, zesty, and sweet with a little bit of spice! The best part of all...I make this in the slow cooker! It doesn't get any easier than that! I basically, throw a pork butt roast in my slow cooker, season it, add some sliced onions and two cups of water (or broth) and slow cook it for 8 - 10 hours. Serve this on rolls or baked potatoes and top with cheddar cheese. You'll love it!!!
