Potato Soup
Potato soup is my absolute favorite soup of all time! It's creamy, tangy, and cheesy. It's most definitely a comfort food...especially on those cold winter nights. The thing I like the most about this recipe is that it's a slow cooker meal. You, literally, just dump all the ingredients in the slow cooker and let it cook for 5 to 6 hours. THAT'S IT! Dinner is served. I usually serve this with garlic bread or toast.
