Weekday Meatloaf

This super simple and delicious meatloaf is a favorite in the Myers' house!  I could literally eat this meatloaf every night....well, three times a week, for sure!

1. Here's what you'll need:
2. Dump all your ingredients in a large bowl.  It doesn't get any easier than this!  (2 pounds ground beef, 1 small diced yellow onion, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, a couple of splashes of Worcestershire sauce, 2 eggs, 2 slices of white bread, and 1 cup of milk)
3. Place meat mixture in 13X9 baking dish and form into a loaf.
4. Slather the meatloaf with some good ol' ketchup!
5. Place meatloaf in the oven for 1 hour (or until done in the middle).
