Fried Catfish Subs

This sandwich may not look like much but let me tell you....it's DELICIOUS!!!  Not only is it tasty but it's also extremely easy to make.  I used store -bought fish fry to fry the fish, put it on a sub, topped it with my homemade tartar sauce, and a dash of Louisiana hot sauce and THAT'S IT!  It doesn't get any simpler than that!
