Banana Egg Rolls

This Filipino inspired recipe is a must-try!  You will be pleasantly surprised.  These egg rolls are soft and gooey on the inside and crispy and flaky on the outside.  I like to sprinkle mine with a little brown sugar and top them with warm caramel and vanilla ice cream!
