7 Can Soup

The Pioneer Woman outdid herself with this one! Just kidding... That's right, I'm using one of the Pioneer Woman's amazing recipes for this one. This is one of the easiest soups you will ever make! Just dump 7 cans of random stuff in a pot (juice and all), add a big hunk of cheese, and viola! I was skeptical about this one but after just one taste, I was sold! This creamy soup will not disappoint! (Printable recipe below)

Here's what you'll need:

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
1 can (15 oz) black beans
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (10.5 oz) Rotel tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) sweet corn
1 can (15 oz) chili (no beans)
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
1. Pour all seven cans (juice and all) in a large pot on high heat.
2. Bring soup to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 12 minutes.
4. Add cheese; stir until melted.
5. Sprinkle in a little salt and pepper.
6. Serve and enjoy!
